NCWVBC 18-1 Gold is the top girls' 18U Gold team from North Central Washington Volleyball Club, based in Wenatchee, WA, competing in the 2025-2026 season. The roster features players from local high schools like Wenatchee HS, Cashmere HS, and Eastmont HS, mostly 10th-12th graders, with positions including outside hitters, middle blockers, liberos, and setters. Coached by Marni McMahon and assistants, they have a packed tournament schedule including national qualifiers like USAV SLC Showdown, PNQ, and Red Rock Rave.
