These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and LeoSoft, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company that owns and operates VolleyLens.com ("LeoSoft," "VolleyLens," "we," "us"). By accessing VolleyLens ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
VolleyLens provides volleyball analytics, rankings, video analysis, and tournament management tools. We reserve the right to modify or suspend the Service at any time.
You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, notify us of unauthorized access, and are responsible for all account activities.
VolleyLens owns the service and original content. Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant VolleyLens a license to use it within the service.
Some features require credits or payment. All purchases are final. We reserve the right to change pricing.
Where a tournament organizer collects entry fees through the Service, the agreement to enter that tournament is between the participating club or team and the organizer. LeoSoft, LLC is not a party to it. The organizer sets the entry fee, decides who is accepted, and is solely responsible for running the event and for any refunds. We do not guarantee that a tournament will take place.
Entry-fee payments are processed by Stripe as charges on the organizer’s own Stripe account. The payment is the organizer’s from the moment it is made. LeoSoft, LLC does not receive, hold, or control entry-fee funds. Organizers accept Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement when they connect an account, and are responsible for their own tax reporting on the money they collect.
We charge no fee to collect an entry fee. The card-processing fee is added to the amount the registering team pays, and shown to them as a separate line item before they pay, so that the organizer receives the full entry fee they set. An organizer who collects a fee directly, such as by Zelle, Venmo or check, pays nothing to anyone and we are not involved in that payment at all.
That added amount is calculated from Stripe’s standard US card rate. Stripe charges more for some cards, including many issued outside the United States, and settles the difference against the organizer’s account — so an organizer may occasionally receive slightly less than the fee they set.
Refunds, chargebacks and disputes are settled against the organizer’s Stripe account, and refund requests should be directed to the organizer rather than to us. Stripe does not return its processing fee when a payment is refunded, so an organizer who refunds a team bears that cost.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
VolleyLens shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
