The Iowa Rockets 16-R is a competitive 16s girls club volleyball team from the Iowa Rockets Volleyball Club, coached by Chin Nguyen for the 2025-2026 season. Last season under previous coach Jay Van Vark, they finished 9th in the Gold Bracket at the AAU National Championship Premier division. They compete in regional and national qualifiers with a roster featuring tall, versatile attackers from strong Iowa high school programs.
