516 Elite 13-Ruby is a competitive girls club volleyball team from Nassau County, Long Island, NY, affiliated with USA Volleyball, GEVA, and AAU. The team practices at St. Mark's Center with sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Limited match results are available from the 2025-2026 season; the team competed in the New England Winterfest in January 2026 and has a Nike North Atlantic Championships event scheduled for May.
