1st Alliance 16 Crimson is a competitive girls volleyball team from the 1st Alliance VBC, a nationally respected club based in Chicago with over 30 years of excellence. The club has produced over 625 college volleyball athletes since 1998 and ranks first nationally in college placement over the past decade. The 16 Crimson team competes in the Windy City Power League and finished second in their division during the 2025 league season.
