MVP 18-Black is the top boys 18U team from the Maryland Volleyball Program (MVP), a competitive club in the Northeast region, coached by head coach Alex Shafer and assistant Paul Chin. The team features a roster of 2026 graduates with solid height, including multiple 6'0"+ players in key positions like OH, MH, and S. They compete in a demanding national schedule, including JVA Chi-Town Challenge, Nike Steel City, and qualifiers for AAU Nationals in Orlando.
