Parabellum Volleyball Academy (PVA) offers a comprehensive girls' indoor volleyball program from 9U developmental to 17U competitive teams, emphasizing skill-building through camps, vertical training, and mental preparation. Practices are held at St. Lukes Sports Plex, with tryouts scheduled throughout the fall for various age groups. It provides a structured pathway for girls seeking both recreational and competitive play in the Pennsylvania region.
