Performance Elite (formerly Performance Juniors Volleyball Club) is a Long Island-based girls' volleyball program founded to provide opportunities for young athletes who were cut from other travel programs. The club emphasizes fundamental skill development, proper technique, leadership, and sportsmanship while maintaining a focus on helping players develop a genuine love for the game. As one of the strongest clubs on Long Island, Performance Elite operates under the direction of Christy Herring and maintains multiple practice locations across Nassau County.
