For club directors
Your club is already here. Make it yours.
Every club we track has a page with real rankings, real results and real teams. Claim yours to add the verified badge and control what it says.
Free forever · No waitlist · No application
How it works
Three steps, one short form. Most directors are done in a couple of minutes.
Sign in and find your club
Claiming ties the club to an account so only you can edit it. Then search by name — we show team counts and rankings so you can tell your club apart from the six others with the same name.
Confirm it is yours
Tell us your role and anything that helps us confirm it — a link to your name on the club site is ideal. Your name and email come from your account.
Edit your listing
Description, contact details, logo and photos, and your team list. A VolleyLens admin checks every change before it goes live, usually within a day — and our data pipeline never overwrites what you wrote.
What claiming gets you
Six things that change the moment your claim is verified.
The verified badge
Shown on your club page and beside your name in the club rankings tables. Parents know they are looking at the real thing.
You own the words and the pictures
Your description, contact details, links, logo and up to three photos — set by you, not inferred from tournament data.
One page for the whole club
Boys and girls, every season, every age group — one URL that accumulates all of it, and it is built to rank when someone searches your club by name.
Fix your team list
Merge teams that got listed twice, correct a name families would not recognise, and remove a team that was never yours.
Nothing about players changes
Claiming a club never exposes player contact details and never overrides an athlete’s own privacy settings.
Free, and free forever
No waitlist, no application, no invoice. Correcting your own information will never cost money on VolleyLens.
What you can edit
Everything about how your club presents itself. Nothing about how it is ranked.
Club name
The name families actually use.
About
Who you are, what you are known for, how to join.
Location
Street address, city, state and zip.
Phone
The number you want parents to call.
Website & socials
Site, Instagram, Facebook and more.
Logo & photos
Your logo, and up to three photos of your gym and teams.
Teams
Merge duplicates, fix a name, or remove a team that is not yours.
Rankings, Elo ratings and match results are not editable — by anyone, including us, outside the data pipeline. That is what makes the numbers on your page worth showing to a parent.
How we know it is really you
A person reads every claim. We start from information we already hold rather than anything you type into a form: your account email is checked against the website on your club’s record, and that result goes to the reviewer as evidence. It is never an automatic yes and never an automatic no — plenty of directors run a club from a personal address, which is what the details box is for. Only one person holds a club at a time, and a second claimant opens a dispute — never a silent takeover.
What is coming next
Not built yet — listed here so you know where this is going. Claiming today is what puts you first in line.
- Tryout and open-gym listings that parents can find
- Inbound interest from families, routed to you
- Staff and coach bios on your club page
- Page-view and search analytics for your club
Frequently asked
Is it really free?
Yes. Claiming, verifying and editing your club listing is free and always will be. Paid features later will be additive — analytics, lead capture, tryout listings — never a paywall around your own information.
How long does verification take?
The form takes about a minute. A person reviews every claim, usually within one business day, and we email you the decision. Claiming from an address on your club’s own domain makes that review a formality.
Who can claim a club?
One person holds the club — the director or owner. They can invite one colleague to help manage it, two people in total, and they can transfer or release the club at any time. If someone else has already claimed your club, claiming opens a dispute and a human reviews it. Nobody is ever silently replaced.
Can I change our rankings or results?
No, and that is deliberate. Rankings, Elo ratings and match results come from tournament data and stay under our control — that is what makes the numbers on your page worth showing to a parent. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix the data. Your home state you can propose a change to, within the region your club competes in.
Our teams are listed twice, or a team is not ours. Can I fix that?
Yes — that is one of the main reasons to claim. From the Teams section of your listing you can merge duplicates, rename a team, or remove one that was never yours. Each is a request a VolleyLens admin approves, and rankings catch up on the next nightly recalculation.
What if our club is not listed?
Search first — we track more than 7,500 clubs and yours is probably there under a slightly different name. If it genuinely is not, you can add it and we will review the submission before it goes live.
