About Mass Pats Boys

Mass Patriots is a Junior Olympic volleyball club based in Massachusetts offering competitive programs for girls ages 13-18 and boys. The program emphasizes college recruiting preparation through certified coaching, strength training, and videotaping assistance, with a mission to develop self-confident athletes prepared for college-level play.

Competitive Level: Strong regional competitor

Facilities: Practices are held at Quincy High School with 2.5-hour sessions including 2 hours on-court and 30 minutes of off-court training (plyometrics, agility, weight training, cardio).
