<p><strong>Ignite Volleyball Academy was established in 2017.</strong></p><p><strong>The foundational idea in creating Ignite was that athletes love the sport of volleyball and pursue that passion through organized training through Clubs, Camps and Clinics. Our belief was that we could support and help build toward their dream without toxicity we witnessed at other clubs.</strong></p><p><strong>Through direct and anecdotal experiences, we found many examples of what we wanted to fix about the Club experience. Traveling the Region, we witnessed uninspired players and coaches who had checked out. We sat awestruck as we listened to coaches openly berate their athletes and sadly watched love and passion turn to disdain on numerous occasions.</strong></p><p><strong>We knew the Puget Sound Region and its athletes deserved better and we set out to create a club that would stoke the volleyball passions of the region and our members. Beginning with our motto “Ignite Your Dream” and staying the course by following our Core Values, we stormed the courts in 2017 with the goal of restoring that love of volleyball in our members.</strong></p><p><strong>Exponential growth each year proves that we have that special sauce, and we are very proud to serve our members in a way that makes them proud to say “We Are Ignite!”</strong></p><p><strong>Key Achievements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ignite 12-Red earned an American bid to the 2025 USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships</p></li></ul><p><strong>Leadership:</strong> Bill Hitchcock serves as the Club Director </p><p><strong>Competitive Level:</strong> Strong regional competitor</p><p></p>
