<p>Hybrid Advantage Volleyball Club was officially established in the summer of 2022. Being a core group of individuals coming together from enriched volleyball backgrounds, we shared a vision of what could be provided to the volleyball community near the Southside of Chicago. With various backgrounds in elite volleyball programs, including collegiate and professional volleyball careers, we developed the name <strong>Hybrid Advantage </strong>with the idea of training and developing athletes through a combination of approaches and philosophies utilized in successful indoor programs, with implementation of outdoor (grass and sand) strategies as well.
