My name is Nia Busby, I am in my 5th year of club volleyball. Throughout this journey, I've learned to accept all of the ups and downs that the sport brings. Learning new ways to improve after every match. As a dedicated setter, I thrive under pressure, maintaining a competitive attitude and remaining focused on the court. I believe in leading by example, both during practice and when competing, inspiring my teammates to elevate their performance and work together towards our common goals. I’ve strived to develop both my athletic ability and my character as an individual. I believe in bringing a positive and competitive attitude to every practice and match. As an athlete, I have always embraced a mindset of coachability. I appreciate the value of constructive feedback and make an effort to use it as a tool for growth, better understand my role, and help improve our team's overall performance.
