Texas Elite Volleyball, founded in 1990 by retired high school coaches Becky Baugh Palermo and Debbie Jaehne, is one of the most respected junior volleyball programs in the United States. The club provides top-quality coaching and training with a focus on developing individual skills and preparing players for collegiate competition, with a strong track record of placing players at Division 1 and Division 2 colleges. Texas Elite serves players from grades 4 through high school, offering both competitive club teams and a Petite Elite youth development program.
