Rosemount Irish Volleyball supports the Rosemount High School varsity, JV, and junior Olympic programs for girls ages 10-14. The program focuses on developing fundamental volleyball skills, self-confidence, sportsmanship, and competitive work ethic across multiple competitive levels (Elite, Competition, and Development teams). Irish Elite provides a structured junior club environment with two 75-minute practices per week, strength and agility training, and tournament competition from January through April.
