Ridgecrest Starlings is an affiliate of Starlings Volleyball, USA, a national 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing affordable club volleyball experiences for youth girls. Founded in 2008 when local girls were turned away from existing clubs for being too young, the program has grown from a single u14s team to multiple competitive age groups serving the Indian Wells Valley and surrounding areas. The club emphasizes player development, sportsmanship, and teamwork alongside competitive training.
