Positively Charged Volleyball Club (PCVBC) is a youth volleyball club based in Cincinnati, Ohio, founded by Joe Chaney to create a positive and encouraging environment for athletes. The club serves girls ages 10U-18U with a focus on skill development, personal growth, and fostering outstanding young women both on and off the court. PCVBC emphasizes open communication between directors, coaches, staff, players, and families.
