Missouri Volleyball Academy (MOVA) is a youth volleyball club based in the St. Louis area offering girls' and coed training programs for ages 9u-14u. The club operates a developmental training program (MDTP) focused on building coachable, confident, and competitive athletes, with opportunities to compete for spots on MOVA tournament teams. MOVA emphasizes skill development, player growth, and creating competitive opportunities for young athletes.
