Metro Volleyball Club of Washington DC is a nationally competitive girls' volleyball program serving the Maryland, Virginia, and DC area with age groups from 4-18 years old. The club operates travel teams, recreational leagues, and development programs with a strong track record of placing athletes into collegiate volleyball. Metro is recognized as a national powerhouse with recent USAV Junior National Championships qualifications and consistent regional dominance.
Competitive Level: Elite national program
Facilities: Metro Sports Center features 3 indoor courts and one outdoor sand court, with additional practice locations throughout the Maryland, Virginia, and DC area.
Metro is based in Washington, DC and competes in the USAV Chesapeake Region.
For the 2025-2026 season, Metro fields 58 teams, including 15 at the Elite tier (1700+ Elo).
