M1 Volleyball (Minnesota One Volleyball), also known as Mizuno M1, is an elite club program in the North Country Region near the Twin Cities that has maintained a reputation as a top volleyball club since 1998. The program emphasizes high-level skill execution and technique with a competitive edge, training athletes of all ages and abilities. M1 remains a consistent leader in developing junior athletes with a focus on both competitive performance and inclusive volleyball culture.
