Intense Volleyball is an elite-level girls' volleyball club operating across the Palmetto Region, North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and surrounding areas. The club emphasizes training the whole athlete—mind, body, and spirit—with a commitment to developing individual skills while preparing players for future volleyball careers at the high school and college levels. Teams compete at USAV Girls Jr. National and AAU National Championship events.
Competitive Level: Elite regional program with national competition
Facilities: Multiple Intense facilities across the region with dedicated training gyms for practice sessions.
