Insanity Volleyball is a competitive girls' indoor club in Athens, Tennessee, focused on developing middle and high school athletes through strength training, positional practices, and skill refinement. Led by Master Coach Kristen Michaelis, a former Team USA libero and All-American, the club competes regionally in the southern US with some national-level aspirations. Parents and coaches will appreciate the emphasis on comprehensive growth and college scholarship potential in a supportive environment.
