Carolina Spike Force (CSF) Volleyball Club, based at the YMCA of Greensboro, offers a reasonably priced high-level program for youth girls focused on skills training in a positive environment. It provides beginner to advanced sessions for rising 6th-8th graders and club teams for grades 4-12, including extended seasons and competitive tournaments. As a member of USAV and Carolina Region, it emphasizes quality training and life lessons through club volleyball.

Facilities: Primary training at Spears YMCA in Greensboro, NC, with volleyball offered in Spring and Fall.
