Carolina Advantage Volleyball is a competitive club in the Triangle area of North Carolina that emphasizes comprehensive athlete development through high-volume training and college-level coaching. The program runs three to four team practices per week supplemented with individual position training, strength and conditioning, and mental toughness work. Over 80% of the coaching staff played at the collegiate level and operates under a consistent system across all age groups.
Competitive Level: Strong regional competitor
Facilities: Primary facility at Netsports features six new Taraflex courts (the flooring used in the Olympics and by top collegiate programs) with over 15 feet of serving space per court; secondary facility at Kestrel Heights School provides two additional Taraflex-style courts.
