Capitals Volleyball Club offers a structured girls' indoor volleyball program with Regional, Semi-National, and National teams focused on skill development, confidence building, and competitive play in GEVA and out-of-state tournaments. National teams practice three days a week and compete at Open/National levels, making it suitable for serious athletes aiming for higher competition. The club emphasizes emotional and physical growth in a supportive environment with experienced coaches.

Facilities: Primary training at Superdome Sports in Northvale, NJ, with summer camps also at Eastern Christian Middle School in Wyckoff, NJ.
